Residence 31 Arethusa Milan

31 Arethusa, an exclusive residence signed by Techbau where metropolitan scenarios will blend with natural essences. A  contemporary design characterized by pure and essential lines: simple but surprising geometries; in the foreground the large loggias, outdoor spaces where you can appreciate a luxuriant green corner in dynamic Milan. The project involves the construction  of two separate buildings for a total of nr. 50 residential units, the characteristic internal courtyard designed with a modern and  elegant design guarantees a double view: on one side Viale Aretusa and the city of Milan, on the other a unique urban courtyard  rich in variety and tree species. The structure is spread over 8 floors above ground and two underground levels used as technical spaces and a garage characterized by a roof garden that connects the building to the first level of the basement.
