CX University campus

The project involves the construction of a residential complex for university students in the city of Novate Milanese, northwest of Milan. Campus is characterized by a double courtyard system, consists of an alternation of private and common spaces dedicated to study, sport and leisure; the following functions are distributed on the ground floor: recreation rooms, study rooms, gym, kitchen, laundry and outdoor courts for sports activities. The Campus offers four types of units: 303 single rooms, 84 double rooms, 121 permanent student suites and 60 hotel rooms for temporary guests. The green areas represent the connective space between the new settlement and the neighborhood to which it belongs;the Campus is perfectly connected by a cycle / pedestrian path to the railway station. The building is Breeam Excellent certified.
