Lend Lease Milano

Refurbishment of three buildings within the former Milan Expo area intended for office use for Tenants. The works are mainly developed through a radical building / plant renovation. In addition to interventions on facades and roofs, the activities are aimed at internal subdivision for the creation of commercial spaces. Among the works, the construction of the LEND LEASE offices stands out through the union of three of the 2015 Expo Clusters arranged in a horseshoe shape. The two parallel buildings are characterized by a hybrid structure in laminated wood and reinforced concrete and are recognizable by the facades marked by a peristasis of inclined columns aimed at defining the character of the project. The third building, arranged at the end of the plant, houses a coworking space inside and is designed with a regular plan that is articulated around a large triple-height atrium. The building is LEED Gold certified.
