The Moglia logistics hub will be strategically located along the Brennero A22 Highway, approximately 6.8 km from the Rolo-Reggiolo exit. The building will be designed to accommodate up to six independent logistics sections, each with its own office and service blocks. Additionally, a security and surveillance facility will be built to serve the entire complex, along with a service building exclusively for transport operators. The property will be developed in line with ESG quality principles, meeting the highest international standards for eco-sustainability and energy efficiency, and will be LEED Gold certified.
