This is a restoration project in the heart of Florence of the residence of Beatrice Portinari, who inspired Dante Alighieri and Cosimo de’ Medici. The new residential, commercial and accomodation facilities have been integrated into the body of the building in harmony with its Renaissance essence and with the proportions of the spaces. The Emperor’s court, the Chapel adorned with frescoes by Allori, the flats with a view of the Brunelleschi Dome, the internal medieval hortus court all follow a smooth pathn of spaces and artistic memory, result of intense philological research. The building is LEED Gold certified.
