On 27 May, Techbau will promote a discussion dedicated to the training of professionals involved in the design and construction of tomorrow\u2019s digital infrastructure, with the participation of Sen. Maria Alessandra Gallone, President of the Italian National Institute for Environmental Protection and Research \u2013 ISPRA and Advisor to the Minister of University and Research Anna Maria Bernini; Andrea Campioli, architect and Dean of the AUIC School at Politecnico di Milano; Carlotta Matteja, President of the IDA Education Technical Committee; and Andrea Marchiori, CEO of Techbau S.p.A.<\/p>\n\n

Milan, 25 May 2026 \u2013 <\/strong>Techbau S.p.A., an Italian General Contractor with consolidated experience in the design and construction of mission-critical Data Centers, Official Partner of IDA \u2013 Italian Data Center Association and partner of the Polimi School of Management \u2013 Osservatorio Data Center, will be a Platinum Sponsor of Data Center Nation Milan 2026, taking place in Milan on 27 May 2026. During the day, the company will host the panel \u201cSkills for Scalability: Training Today\u2019s Professionals to Build Tomorrow\u2019s Data Centers\u201d, held in Hall 4 from 11:30 to 12:00, dedicated to the strategic role of skills in the development of digital infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n

The discussion will focus on training as a key lever to support the growth of the Data Center sector in Italy, in a context where the rapid expansion of digital infrastructure is reshaping the skills landscape and requires increasingly close collaboration between institutions, academia and industry.<\/p>\n\n

These topics will be discussed by Sen. The Honours Programme, promoted by Techbau in collaboration with Politecnico di Milano, stems from this vision and is structured as a training programme dedicated to Data Center design and the regeneration of disused or underutilized logistics assets. Held from October 2025 to January 2026, the programme involved 20 students selected from Master\u2019s degree programmes and supported by Techbau scholarships, for a total of 200 hours of theoretical lessons and design workshops.<\/p>\n\n
