Techbau S.p.A., alongside BGO<\/a><\/strong>, has completed the sale to CBRE Investment Management<\/a><\/strong>, on behalf of a fund promoted by CBRE IM, of the logistics complexes respectively located in the Bologna area and in Ferentino (FR), with a total surface area of approximately 135,000 sqm.<\/p>\n\n

The entire development cycle was managed through an integrated approach, from the identification of brownfield areas and the management of planning and permitting processes, through to design, construction and turnkey delivery.<\/p>\n\n

The transaction is part of the company\u2019s strategy focused on enhancing already urbanized areas and regenerating existing sites, transforming them into modern, efficient logistics infrastructure capable of generating new value.<\/p>\n\n

Developed to Class A specifications and in line with the principles and construction criteria required for LEED certification, the complexes reflect an approach focused on design quality, efficiency and sustainability.<\/p>\n\n

Strategically positioned along Italy\u2019s main motorway corridors, the two properties benefit from strong connectivity with the national infrastructure network, supporting distribution and integrated logistics activities.<\/p>\n\n

Techbau also managed and structured the leases with leading tenants operating in the integrated logistics sector, through long-term agreements ensuring a 100% occupancy rate.<\/p>\n\n

This result confirms Techbau\u2019s ability to develop and deliver high-performance logistics infrastructure, combining construction quality, sustainability and urban regeneration.
