P\u00e0lac Diamant is a multifunctional building with rentable areas for commercial and administrative activities, apartments, and studios, located in Prague between the Koruna Palace and the Ambassador Hotel on Wenceslas Square, in place of the oldest historical building in the New Town. The width of the facade on the is 28.5 m, the depth of the building is 91.6 m. Access to the building is from Wenceslas Square. Other sides of the Diamant are built. The shopping areas are located on the 1st to 3rd floors, the 4th-6th floors are offices, the 7th-8th floors are apartments and studios. From the 2nd floor the building is divided into 2 parts connected on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors by a bridge. Structurally it is a columned skeleton in reinforced concrete conceived as a double section. This generous design allows for maximum floor plan flexibility. The building is LEED Gold certified.<\/p><\/div>
