Cologno Monzese

The project involves the development of two food and beverage service units, a medium sized retail structure primarily focused on food sales, and a gym, creating an integrated functional mix.

The development is complemented by a system of spaces and infrastructure serving the complex, including a pedestrian and cycle path along the north east boundary of the site, separated from vehicular traffic by a tree lined avenue, as well as surface parking areas, one covered and one open air, both intended for public use and supporting the on site activities.
