Amazon A0l1 – Jesi

Construction of a logistics platform for Amazon, consisting of a multi-level warehouse covering 232,500 sqm across four floors, used for automated storage. The building is also equipped with 70 loading bays. Over 3,500 sqm of vertical gardens have been installed on the façades, reaching up to 27 meters in height. With as many as 22,000 native plants, this project represents the largest vertical greenery installation ever completed in Europe. The building is BREEAM Excellent certified.
