Construction of an office building for Kering, an international group and global leader in the luxury sector. The building is distinguished by a glass curtain wall façade, articulated by brise-soleil elements that define the architectural elevation while providing dynamism and solar shading control. The interior spaces are organized with an open-plan layout, designed to ensure high levels of comfort, flexibility and quality within the working environment. The load-bearing structure is made of prestressed reinforced concrete (P.C.). The project includes the complete execution of civil and MEP works serving the building, as well as the development of internal and external infrastructure, together with the design and construction of landscaped areas incorporating environmentally compatible solutions. The building has achieved LEED and WELL Platinum certifications, confirming the highest international standards in terms of environmental sustainability, energy efficiency and occupant well-being.
