Casciana Terme Lari

A new logistics complex is currently under construction in Casciana Terme Lari, with a GFA of 26,000 sqm. The project includes a layout designed to ensure functionality and operational efficiency. The development also includes photovoltaic systems with a total installed capacity of approximately 2.32 MWp, contributing to the production of energy from renewable sources. Particular attention is being paid to the project’s environmental and performance standards, with the development targeting LEED Platinum certification.
