This strategy combines Techbau’s role as General Contractor with that of Developer, extending across a growing number of initiatives.
The article also focuses on the living sector, spanning residential, student housing and hospitality. It highlights some of Techbau’s most significant projects, from the Novate Milanese Campus, already delivered, to Campus Navile in Bologna and Campus San Pietro in Rome, both currently under construction. In the residential sector, the focus also includes Aurelia New Living and Bombay New Living, both in Rome, alongside new initiatives linked to Trastevere railway station in Rome and Via Masaccio in Florence.
In the data center sector, Techbau operates as General Contractor on multiple highly complex projects and, with the Cavour Hyperscale Campus, is also expanding its role into direct development. The development pipeline in the logistics sector continues to expand, alongside activities related to industrial projects.
Energy represents another area of growth, with Techbau Green Energy active in the generation and sale of electricity from photovoltaic plants. Techbau is currently delivering biomethane production plants on behalf of Retina. In Puglia, the company will also deliver infrastructure for green hydrogen production, an area of particular relevance at European level.
