The protection of safety, the environment, and hygiene in the workplace are an integral part of Techbau‘s activities.

Techbau is actively committed to complying with all relevant environmental and safety legislation, with the aim of continuously improving its performance through appropriate initiatives, controls, procurement of resources, and training of its employees. The company is committed to working towards the continuous monitoring and improvement of its safety and environmental performance through the application of an integrated management system, which defines the methods for identifying, within the company’s organizational structure, the responsibilities, procedures, processes, and resources for implementing the company’s prevention policy, in compliance with current health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Provide for monitoring by internal staff and highly qualified external consultants
Enable adaptation to changes in laws, regulations and technical good practice
Involving workers and their representatives in the management system
The management system is defined, documented, implemented, and constantly updated to ensure its effectiveness and adequacy with respect to the company’s objectives for occupational safety and the environment in accordance with ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
In order to effectively implement the HSE policy, every company activity is analyzed taking into account all possible conditions; objectives consistent with the policy are set out in a specific plan of objectives.
For each objective, the actions necessary to achieve it, the responsibilities, the resources, and the methods for measuring its achievement are defined.
Planning is one of the cornerstones of the system. It also precisely defines the tasks assigned to each person and their responsibilities.
The first factors taken into account when planning activities are the identification of the legal requirements with which the company must comply and risk identification, assessment, and control.
