Techbau at MIPIM 2026: Projects Presented at the Roma Capitale Pavilion.
Techbau’s presence in Lazio, with several projects in the Rome area, reflects a diversified portfolio including logistics, residential, student housing, digital infrastructure, and renewable energy.
In the logistics sector, Techbau has delivered the Fiano Romano logistics center, a 30,000 sqm warehouse with 110 loading bays and 3,400 sqm of offices, certified BREEAM, and the Passo Corese logistics hub, a 202,500 sqm development featuring a 17.3 MWp photovoltaic system and certified LEED Platinum. This portfolio is further complemented by the Ferentino logistics center, currently under construction.
In the residential sector, Aurelia New Living is nearing completion with 225 apartments, while Bombay New Living is currently under construction and will include 83 apartments. The student housing segment is represented by Campus San Pietro, currently under construction and designed by Mario Cucinella Architects, with a capacity of 395 accommodation units.
Techbau’s digital infrastructure portfolio also includes the ROM1 data center developed for Digital Realty, delivering 5,000 sqm of GIFA and 3.2 MW of IT capacity. In the renewable energy sector, the pipeline includes the biomethane plants developed for Retina in Velletri, Pignataro, Pontinia and Terracina, part of a broader program involving the development of 20 biomethane plants across Southern Italy.
These projects reflect Techbau’s integrated approach, combining development, design and construction, together with a strong diversification of projects across the Lazio region.
