Pambianco Real Estate Summit 2026

Milan, 10 september 2026 – Andrea Marchiori, Chief Executive Officer of Techbau S.p.A. and Techbau Green Energy, took part in the second edition of the Pambianco Real Estate Summit, dedicated to the theme “Real Estate between capital and projects: development dynamics and strategies”.

During the interview, he discussed the evolution of Techbau’s business model, increasingly based on the integration of its General Contractor activities with direct development, while exploring the key sectors currently supporting the company’s growth.

Among the topics addressed was the progressive strengthening of Techbau’s direct development activities, with projects across logistics, student housing and the residential sector. One example is Campus San Pietro in Rome, an urban regeneration project involving a brownfield site that had remained unfinished for over twenty years, designed to integrate student housing, hospitality, services and spaces open to the wider community.

The discussion also focused on Data Centers, a sector in which Techbau operates as General Contractor for leading market operators and where Trino, in the province of Vercelli, represents the company’s first direct development project. Of the 7 projects currently under construction, 6 are located on brownfield sites, highlighting the role of regenerating previously developed areas in this sector as well.

On the renewable energy front, Techbau Green Energy, in partnership with Eurizon and Equiter SGR, is active in the production and sale of electricity generated from photovoltaic sources, while Techbau is involved in a programme that includes the construction of 30 biomethane plants. These activities are complemented by the contract for the construction of two green hydrogen plants in Puglia, as part of Europe’s largest project in the sector.

Forward-looking investments, developments and projects that reflect Techbau’s evolution across the different sectors in which it operates.
