The logistics hub in Alessandria will be strategically located along the Autostrada dei Vini (A21) and the Autostrada dei Trafori (A26), approximately 3 km from the Alessandria Ovest exit. The two buildings will be designed to accommodate up to eight independent logistics units, each with its own office and service blocks. In addition, a security and surveillance building will be constructed to serve the entire complex, along with a service facility for the exclusive use of transport operators. The property will be developed in accordance with ESG quality principles, complying with the highest international standards in terms of eco-sustainability and energy efficiency, and will achieve LEED Platinum certification.
