Mediglia (MI)

The Mediglia logistics hub will be strategically located along the Milan East Outer Ring Road (TEEM), approximately 5.7 km from the Paullo toll booth. The two buildings will be designed to accommodate up to a maximum of six independent logistics units, each with dedicated office and service areas. A security and surveillance facility serving the entire complex will also be developed, along with a service building exclusively for transport operators. The property will be developed in accordance with ESG quality principles, meeting the highest international standards in terms of environmental sustainability and energy efficiency, and will be LEED Platinum certified.
