The facility features 36 loading bays, 19 truck parking spaces, and 160 car parking spaces, supporting efficient logistics flows. The development also includes 16,675 sqm of green areas, with the planting of 150 new trees and 250 shrubs. The project has achieved BREEAM certification, reflecting its focus on sustainability criteria and environmental performance.
