Castellazzo Bormida

The project developed in Castellazzo Bormida covers a total site area of more than 184,000 sqm and includes a 73,000 sqm warehouse and 2,500 sqm of office space. The facility features 75 loading bays, 196 car parking spaces and 62 truck parking spaces, ensuring the efficient management of logistics flows and operational activities. The project also incorporates a 210 kWp photovoltaic system and has achieved LEED Platinum certification, confirming the high standards reached in terms of sustainability, energy efficiency and quality of the built environment.
