Construction of a logistics hub consisting of 37,000 sqm warehouse with 42 loading bays and 1,000 sqm of office space. The building is prefabricated using vibrated reinforced concrete and pretensioned reinforced concrete with a bacacier type roof and precast concrete and metal panel walling. The project includes MEP installation works, offsite works and all external works (plot area 73,000 sqm). The building is LEED certified.
