Construction of a logistics hub consisting of 7,800 sqm warehouse, of which 1,200 sqm office space distributed over three floors. The building is prefabricated using vibrated reinforced concrete and pretensioned reinforced concrete covered with a winged beam roof. This roofing contains structural cavities which are, in turn, covered by a layer of concrete slabs. The thermal break insulation panels are also precast. The office block is faced in metallic panelling which, together with the particular framework envisioned for the windows, all combine to present an architecturally distinguishing aspect to the building.
