Brandizzo

The construction of a logistic platform consisting of a 21,000 sqm warehouse with 32 loading bays, 14,000 sqm of steel mezzanine and 2,500 sqm of office space. The structure is built in prefabricated concrete with bac-acier roofing, concrete elevations and metal panels. The project includes the realization of the MEP installations serving the building and all the external works (green and parking areas and internal road network). Plot area 50,000 sqm. The building is LEED Silver certified.
