The project involves the redevelopment and refurbishment of the former ACEA office complex located in Via delle Testuggini (Municipio IX, Rome). Situated less than 15 kilometres from the coast, the ROM1 data center will extend over approximately 5,000 sqm, corresponding to the first operational phase of the project. The facility will be structured into four modules of 0.8 megawatts (MW) each, for a total IT capacity of 3.2 MW.
