Lend Lease Milano

Refurbishment of three buildings within the former Milan Expo area for office use. The intervention involved a comprehensive architectural and MEP renovation, including upgrades to façades and roofs and the internal reconfiguration of spaces to accommodate new commercial functions. The project also includes the creation of the Lendlease offices through the integration of three Expo 2015 clusters arranged in a horseshoe layout. Two parallel buildings feature a hybrid laminated timber and reinforced concrete structure, distinguished by façades defined by inclined columns. The third building hosts a coworking space organized around a large triple-height atrium. The complex achieved LEED Gold certification, confirming its environmental and energy performance standards.
