The project involves the construction of a production facility with office space located on the first floor. The building covers an area of approximately 17,000 sqm and features a prefabricated structure in reinforced and prestressed concrete, with a semi-flat bac-acier roof. The ground floor is dedicated to production activities and includes a warehouse with 10 loading bays and an attached office, staff facilities and changing rooms, a product display area with demonstration space, as well as a receiving and repair department. The first floor, approximately 700 sqm, accommodates offices, related facilities, and technical rooms. The scope also includes all building systems, external infrastructure works, and landscaping, both within and outside the site.
