Construction of a logistics platform consisting of 26,000 sqm of warehouse with 31 loading bays and 5,000 sqm of offices on a mezzanine level. The building is prefabricated using vibrated reinforced concrete and prestressed reinforced concrete, the roof is a bacacier structure, the elevations foreseen in precast concrete and metal panels. The project includes MEP installations, offsite and all external works. The building is LEED Gold certified.
