San Pietro Mosezzo – PEC 3

A new logistics complex is currently under construction in San Pietro Mosezzo, covering a total area of approximately 180,260 sqm.

The project includes a 68,475 sqm warehouse and 4,004 sqm of mezzanine space, with a layout designed to ensure high standards of functionality and operational efficiency. The complex will feature 72 loading bays, 248 car parking spaces and 15 dedicated truck parking spaces.

Particular attention is being paid to environmental sustainability and landscape integration, with approximately 62,000 sqm of green areas.

The project is also targeting LEED Platinum certification.
