Construction of a logistics platform comprising a warehouse of approximately 20,000 sqm with 23 loading bays, 250 sqm of fitted office space and 1,200 sqm of shell and core offices. The structure is prefabricated in reinforced and prestressed concrete, with a bac-acier roof and sandwich panel cladding designed for cold storage areas operating at temperatures between 0 and 4 °C. The scope includes all building systems, external infrastructure works, and site development across a total area of approximately 50,000 sqm.
