The logistics hub, built by Techbau for Sogegross, is currently under construction and extends over a 62,421 sqm site, integrating 29,498 sqm of warehouse space and 2,600 sqm of offices within a system designed to ensure operational efficiency and optimized logistics flows. The facility will feature 63 loading bays, 169 car parking spaces and 27 truck parking spaces, ensuring high distribution capacity and efficient handling of logistics operations. The project is designed to achieve LEED Gold certification and will include an 860 kWp photovoltaic system, contributing to reduced energy consumption and overall environmental impact.
