Construction of a logistics hub consisting of 26,000 sqm warehouse with 44 loading bays and 800 sqm of office space. The building is prefabricated using vibrated reinforced concrete and pretensioned reinforced concrete. It contemplates wing-shaped roofing beams and precast concrete panel walling. The project includes MEP installations, offsite works and all external works (plot area 67,000 sqm).
