Torino To Dream is an urban regeneration project that defines a new district dedicated to retail, leisure and services. The development spans 95,000 sqm and includes 24,500 sqm of retail and F&B areas, 30,000 sqm of covered parking, 13,500 sqm of open air parking and 10,000 sqm of green areas.
Delivered in line with ESG criteria and BREEAM Very Good certified, the complex integrates solutions focused on energy efficiency, environmental sustainability and user comfort. Techbau carried out the works to high quality standards, contributing to the development of the new urban district in Turin.
