Vescovana Padua DC2

Construction of a logistics hub, consisting of 15,000 sqm warehouse with 7,500 sqm of laboratories and 7,500 sqm of deposit complete with 7 loading bays, and a 3-storey office building of 1,500 sqm. The building is prefabricated using vibrated reinforced concrete and pretensioned reinforced concrete, together with a bacacier type roof and precast concrete and metal panel walling. The project includes MEP installation works, offsite works and all external works (plot area 55,000 sqm). The building will be LEED Silver certified.
