Techbau S.p.A. has sold four recently completed logistics properties, covering a total of 315,000 square meters, to an affiliate of Starwood Capital Group, a private global investment firm. Dils acted as the advisor for the transaction.
The four warehouses are located in Alessandria, Osio Sotto (a municipality in the province of Bergamo along the A4 corridor), Nogarole Rocca (in the province of Verona), and Castelguglielmo (in the province of Rovigo). The real estate fund holding these properties is managed by Castello Sgr.
Techbau developed the assets according to the highest technical and sustainability standards, aiming to achieve LEED Platinum certification for the Castelguglielmo property and LEED Gold certification for the other three.
