Multifunctional Building

Campus San Pietro

Rome | Italy

The new multifunctional building on Via del Crocifisso in Rome is set to become a landmark for the neighborhood. The project, designed by Mario Cucinella Architects, combines contemporary architecture with a strong focus on sustainability. Developed over four above-ground floors, the building will feature approximately 400 rooms, including student residences and a hotel, for a total of 395 bed spaces. The complex is conceived as a hybrid and flexible environment, designed to meet different accommodation needs while contributing to the vitality of the surrounding area. The project will include shared spaces dedicated to study, well-being and social interaction, alongside modern and functional environments designed to meet high standards of energy efficiency. The development forms part of a broader urban regeneration strategy, strengthening the relationship between the building, its users and the surrounding urban context.
